Contact us via email, phone or text! We will discuss your date and send to your email a request to sign the Rental Lease Agreement via DOCUSIGN. Once agreement has been signed go to step 2!
Once we receive your Rental Lease Agreement you will be requested to submit your minimum reservation deposit to reserve your date. You will receive an email with your invoice and payment link. You may pay online with a Visa/Mastercard or in person with cash or check. Once payment is received your requested date is locked in for you!
Your outstanding balance must be paid in full 1 week before the date of your event.
Lastly, submit your certificate of insurance labeling Greenacres Learning Center as a Certificate Holder. Follow the minimum insurance requirements. COI must be submitted 1 week before the date of your event. (Follow Insurance Policy Requirements in the Home Page)
