Liability Insurance: All renters must obtain liability insurance. This must be at least $1,000,000 in liability and include coverage for property damage. Proof Certificate of Insurance will be requested 5 days prior to event date or your event will automatically be cancelled and reservation fee forfeited.
Balance: The entire balance must be paid at least one week in advance. Failure to do so will automatically forfeit your event date and reservation fee.
Discretion: Should Zenith Place find out of any illegal act or activity in the premises not approved by Zenith Place will lead to automatic shut down and cancelation of your event with the reinforcement of local authorities.

Events: Maximum capacity of 400 or 50% capacity (not including vendors), whichever is less, so long as six feet of physical distancing is maintained between groups. If food or drinks are served, eating and drinking requirements applies.
